The driver (FastNIC.SYS) conforms to the Network Driver Interface
Specification (NDIS) 5.0, and used with Microsoft Windows 2000.

Installing NDIS5 driver on Microsoft Windows 2000
=================================================
 1. Plug BayLan PCI 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter into one of the Master
    PCI slots of your PCI platform.

 2. Turn power ON then boot from Windows 2000.

 3. Windows 2000 will prompt "PCI Ethernet Controller" in
    "New Hardware Found" dialog box.

 4. Select "Search for suitable driver for your device(Recommand)"
    from "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click "Next"
    button.

 5. Select "Specify a location" from "Found New Hardware Wizard"
    dialog box, then click "Next" button.

 6. Insert the BayLan PCI 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter Driver Diskette
    in your floppy drive.

 7. Enter the driver pathname, i.e. A:\win2000 (or B:\), then click
    "OK" button from "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box.

 8. "Found New Hardware Wizard"dialog box will found inf file.
    i.e. A:\win2000\FastNIC.INF ,then click "Next" button.

 9. Windows 2000 will prompt "BayLan PCI 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter"
    in "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click "Finsh" button.

10. Remove the Adapter Driver Diskette from your floppy drive.

11. Restart your computer to take effect the network function.
